The humble white loaf, not much to it!

Made with a Poolish (dried yeast, flour, water), sourdough starter, mix of unbleached white flour, water and salt. 

All products are made in a kitchen that processes nuts, eggs, soy, sesame, gluten, dairy and seafood.
